Dream as phenomenon

Ability to have dreams is observed not only at representatives of a human race - this ability is inherent in all mammals. Some researches show, BRAIN ACTIVITY at the highest species of mammals and the person is in many respects similar, but, unfortunately, we have no possibility to wake the ANIMAL and to ask that to it dreamed in REM phase. And still experiments on deprivation of animals of a dream accurately proved that lack of a dream has the same adverse effect, as well as on the person on representatives of fauna. It should be noted that over animals various experiments during which electric activity of a brain both in a dream condition was fixed, and at consequences of deprivation of a dream were made. Correctness of similar experiments is extremely doubtful, however the received results allowed to prove that consequences of deprivation of a dream of animals and the person are almost identical. It became clear that complexity of a brain and duration of the REM phase necessary for maintenance of normal life, are in direct dependence. Over dogs, cats, rats and horses experiments on DREAM DEPRIVATION, in particular REM-phase were made. Result - rejection of the relatives, and at times and a lethal outcome. Amphibians and the lowest organisms also were involved in many experiments during which scientists came to a conclusion that the organization of nervous system of a live organism is lower, the less dream is required to them for normal activity, and the phase REM at the lowest organisms is absent in general.
