Prophetic dream with Arthur Schopenhauer

German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer (1788-1860) in his work in detail describes history with the prophetic dream, occurred to it personally. According to Schopenhauer, business was so: «Once in the morning I wrote very important letter for me in English. I very much hurried. Having added the third page, I by mistake instead of a sandbox seized an inkwell and spilled ink which began to flow on a floor on paper. On my call the servant with a bucket of water was and began to wipe a floor. Doing it, she suddenly said:« And to me last night dreamed, as if I wiped on a floor ink spots». When I doubted it, she continued:« Having woken up, I told the dream to other servant who sleeps with me in one room». Just at this time other servant entered into an office. I asked her at once: «What dreamed your girlfriend?» She at first hesitated, then, obviously, having collected the thoughts, told: «Ah and... She said that had a dream about how wipes a floor from ink». Despite all household "insignificance" of the come true dream, this incident shook the philosopher to depth of soul: after all everything occurred on his eyes and excluded possibility of coincidence! «This case for which reliability I warrant, proves possibility of prophetical dreams», - having finished the story, Schopenhauer with conviction wrote.
